A 600 m² double Caponnière is also available for companies seeking a renowned, distinctive venue for their residential seminars. This original, full-of-character room can host 60 to 200 guests, depending on the chosen format, cocktail, seated dinner, or theatre style. The Caponnière also has a 200 m² outdoor area, generally used for cocktail receptions. Both spaces are recommended for large-scale events.
Fort de Feyzin was built between 1875 and 1877. Owned by the commune of Feyzin, it has undergone renovation since 2003.
